Bananas and Spring Roll Wrappers Are All You Need for This Quick and Easy Dessert
Everything tastes better when fried, especially dessert, and this classic Filipino meal is quick and easy to prepare. All you need are spring roll wrappers, sugar and bananas.

Typically sprinkle the banana slices with sugar, wrap them in a wrapper (start at the corner and use water to close the edges of the wrappers) and toss them into the vegetable oil. When you turn the lumpia, sprinkle with a little brown sugar to caramelize the outside. Serve with ice cream, whipped cream, or simply eat them yourself.
