Flowstate Helps You Focus on Writing by Deleting Your Progress When You Stop
OS X / iOS: Focus is important when it comes to any task, and if you find it difficult to focus while writing, Flowstate can help. Namely because if you get distracted and stop writing, your progress will be erased.
You set a timer for five to 180 minutes and then start typing. If you stop for more than five seconds, the text will start to disappear. Then you have a couple more seconds to take action until your text is deleted and the timer is reset.
It is similar to the previously mentioned “Most Dangerous Writing App “, but Flowstate created its first. You can also choose from different fonts using Flowstate, and instead of being limited to the web app version, you can download the program and work offline, without an internet connection or browser. It costs money, however, and the desktop version is $ 10 and the app is $ 5. You can check them out at the links below.
