Cook a Whole Batch of Poached Eggs in the Multicooker

If you’re in charge of making breakfast for the whole family, here’s the easiest way to make multiple eggs at once.

Whether you’re preparing a family for today or looking to cook eggs benedict for your roommates, making a bunch of eggs at once is not easy. However, if you have multiple tins, The Kitchn’s Kelly Foster suggests you use them and your multicooker to the advantage and boil a whole batch of eggs at the same time:

Pour six to eight cups of hot water into the multicooker, just enough to have about half an inch of water in the bowl. Place the lid on the pressure cooker, set the heat to high, and heat for 30 minutes. In the meantime, lightly coat the inside of oven-safe tins with cooking spray; you will need a cookie cutter for each egg you plan to cook. Break one egg into each prepared cookie cutter and place the molds in the multicooker bowl.

If you want runny yolks, cook them for about 15 minutes. If you want them to be a little more difficult, aim for 20 minutes. These are technically “spoiled” eggs, Foster explains, but the texture, taste, and appearance are basically the same as poached eggs.
