Make Your Own Popcorn Condiment at Home

Popcorn salt has a finer texture than regular table salt, which means it’s better for covering each popcorn bite with a delicious seasoning. Making it at home is quick and easy, so if you don’t – or worse, spend money on flavored popcorn condiments – now is a good time to start.

Toss some table salt in a food processor and grind until fine, about 10 seconds. If you have a mortar and pestle, you can use them for small batches or single servings. You can also add other condiments, such as dried herbs, chili flakes, or garlic powder, to add as much flavor as possible to each handful of popcorn.
