You Can Now Welcome Lyft to Facebook Messenger
You can greet Uber on Facebook Messenger since last December, but now Lyft is joining you to give you more options .
In a blog post today, Lyft announced the launch of its developer program. The program will open the Lyft API to a variety of developers and facilitate Lyft’s integration into a range of other applications and services, including Facebook Messenger as a primary partner. Starting today, you can use Lyft on Facebook Messenger in 11 major US cities, including San Francisco, New York, Miami, Atlanta, Nashville, Austin, Washington DC, and Denver. The service will continue to roll out over the next few weeks for the rest of the country.
