Open the app and you have a personal assistant who will recommend local restaurants, attractions to see, and even ask for pillows and towels at your hotel counter.
The Aces HotelTonight Concierge is available from the morning of check-in until you check out, and is designed to make your stay easier, not to mention a little more luxurious. The service itself is a live chat where you can contact your assigned concierge at any time from the app if you have an active booking and they will process your requests and let you know when it is done.
Aside from basic inquiries for in-room amenities or simple dinner reservations, Aces can also help you find locations that have specific features you’re looking for. For example, if you want a bar that’s suitable for people to watch (great if you’re traveling alone) or a music venue with amazing acoustics, you can entrust this research to Aces so you have more time to enjoy your trip.
