Google Calendar Now Automatically Finds Time in Your Schedule to Reach Your Goals
Android / iOS: It’s okay to have a goal to work harder, but it’s hard to prioritize when other things arise. Google Calendar can now help by letting you set goals that will automatically work according to your schedule.
A new feature released today allows you to choose a goal that you would like to work on regularly, such as practicing or practicing a skill. Then you can set how often you want to do it, for how long, and choose the best time of day to work on it. After that, Calendar will automatically find free places for them in your schedule.
When you add items to your schedule, the Calendar automatically adjusts as needed. Suddenly in the afternoon, when you usually play sports, a meeting message pops up? The calendar will switch to it after the meeting. If it is too late, it will move it to another day. If you just can’t work on your goal when it comes up, you can postpone it and Calendar will move it to a later time. It’s a handy tool for things that you definitely want to schedule a time for, but can’t guarantee the exact time it will take.
