Inspire Your Work by Doing It in Inspiring Locations

It can be difficult to find inspiration sometimes. If you’re struggling to find inspiration in a project, try working on what inspires you.

Place, place, location. Sometimes a change of environment is all you need to get out of the routine and get things going as they should. On his Study Hacks blog, Cal Newport invites you to take a job and go somewhere that inspires you the most. He especially recommends locations that aren’t in or near your regular office, but that are new or aesthetically pleasing. Parks, botanical gardens, galleries and even monuments are excellent examples. Working in a place like this will distract you from your daily routine and give your mind a chance to become a little freer. And, as Newport explains, they are also super fun.
