Airbnb Neighbors Can Now Complain About Noisy Guests
The sharing economy comes with its own challenges, and for Airbnb, one of them is unhappy neighbors. Airbnb’s rude guests can be a problem for nearby residents, and to address this issue, Airbnb has opened a community hotline.
The company announced the tool last month at a conference, Bloomberg reported:
One of the most important issues facing the sharing economy is how people who choose to participate coexist with those who don’t, ”Tanabe said in a public forum. “Our first step in this direction is to give neighbors the opportunity to speak up or complain.
