Make Your Own Doritos With This Condiment Mix
Doritos with nacho cheese are the perfect junk food and so far, my only way to get more Dorito flavor in my life has been to put them in a pepper mill and grind everything with them . Things are about to change here, however, as the real American heroes at Epicurious have come up with their own Dorito-inspired condiment mix.
Apart from tomato powder ( which can be ordered online ), all of the ingredients are very common and to make this mixture you just need to throw everything in the spice mill and grind it to hell. To make this magic powder, you will need:
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese1
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tsp tomato powder
Once everything has been turned into delicious cheese dust, use it to coat homemade tortilla chips (recipe below), taco shells (be your own Taco Bell), popcorn, or your entire body. I’m not here to judge.
