Brussels Sprouts Chips Are a Super Easy and Healthy Snack
You’ve probably eaten – or at least heard of cabbage chips, but cabbage isn’t the only leafy greens you can turn into a crispy snack. Brussels sprouts chips are as simple as the kale version and (I think) tastier.
Click the link below to see the full recipe (and health benefits), but all you really need to do is remove the tips of the sprouts, toss the leaves in the olive oil and seasonings (garlic, rosemary, and sea salt are great) and bake in one layer at 450F for 7-10 minutes, until leaves are crispy. Serve hot, eat and be a little happy with your healthy snack choices. (I like to add nutritional yeast to my food for added flavor and self-righteousness.)
