If you want to lose weight, you need to change your diet . However, this does not mean that for three months there is nothing but salad, while trying to be exhausting to lose weight. You will quit smoking before you even start if you hate the new lifestyle that you are building for yourself.

A drunk diet – when you change your diet drastically for a short period of time to lose weight quickly – can have short-term effects, but you’ll likely regain weight as soon as you stop.
