These Videos Show You the Best Way to Wrap Cheese
Wrap the cheese well and you can keep it fresh for a lot longer than if you just kept it in plastic wrap (which is not a good idea ). The videos of the cheese paper company Formaticum show how to wrap cheeses of different shapes.
Obviously, they use cheese storage paper for demonstrations, but you can do the same with waxed paper and then cover it with plastic wrap or use parchment paper .
The technique is basically the same for all shapes: you join the two ends of the paper together and then fold down a few times until you reach the top of the cheese. Then you only need to process the sides of the paper, which you fold over the sides of the cheese to match its shape, and then fold the sides underneath.
