Multicooker cooking hours can dull even the most aromatic dishes. This is why Sarah Rae Smith of The Kitchn recommends adding a little acid to a multicooker dish, whatever it is, when it’s almost done. A dash of citrus juice or any vinegar will liven up your meal and make it delicious. Stir and cook for the last half hour or so. When you’re ready to serve, sprinkle with your favorite fresh herbs to add some zest. No matter what you cook, it won’t become a boring bowl.
