Convert Your Raspberry Pi Zero Into a USB Device, No Additional Accessories Required
While it is still difficult to find the Raspberry Pi Zero , it is still an undeniably useful little device when you get one. One of the great things you can do with it is turn it into a USB device that you can easily program from another computer. This used to take many steps, but Master Andrew Mulholland found an easy way.
Basically, you just need to write a copy of Raspbian to your SD card and then edit two text files. Once you’ve done that, connect the Pi Zero to your computer with a USB cable and it appears as a USB Ethernet device that you can program as you see fit, without an additional USB keyboard, mouse, or monitor. Head over to Andrew’s website for a complete guide.
