Prava Makes It Easy to Organize Travel With Friends, Even Share Photos With Memories
iOS / Android: Keeping everyone up to date on a group trip isn’t easy, but Prava gives you a one-stop place to plan your travels, events, and more, and even gives you a place to share photos, events, and ideas while you’re on the road.
I gave Prava the chance to plan a fictional trip to Japan next spring. You start by creating a route that everyone can see on their trip if everyone is using the app. After the trip is created and shared with everyone else, everyone can see what we are doing and when there will be free time. You can also add travel notes, including places to visit or eat out, or even just personal notes, similar to how you keep a travel diary. Prava also lets you see other users’ recently added trips if you need vacation inspiration. However, when I tried to search for “Japan”, there were no results, probably because the application is new and no one is using it yet.
Prava can also help you stay organized during your trip. Anyone in the group can share photos, making it easy to get a copy of that great photo your friend took. You can also share your location and message in the app, making the meeting easier. Expense tracking is another feature in Prava, but right now it looks like they only have 3 currencies (USD, British pound, Indian rupee), so you will most likely have to do the conversion yourself. Overall, the app can be helpful if you ask everyone else to install it, but it’s still new and needs some fixing. However, this is promising if you are planning a group trip and need a little help to keep everyone on the same page.
