Pocket Casts for IPhone Gets a New Look, Adds Volume Boost, Dark Theme and More
iOS: Until recently, our favorite podcast manager for iPhone was Pocket Casts. Although not our favorite anymore, it is still very good and if you are a regular user, you will be glad to see several improvements coming today.
The first thing you’ll notice when loading the app is the redesigned design. The interface is slightly faster and more user-friendly than before. There is also now a dark theme for these overnight podcast sessions. Beyond that, you’ll also get some new features, including a silence removal option that disables silence from podcasts, a much-needed volume up option, a significantly improved queue manager, and an improved detection section. Some of these features are already included in the Android version , so it’s nice to see them here.
