Hopper Updates With Personalized Flight Recommendations
The Hopper app has always been a useful tool for travelers looking for the best deals. This week they announced Personalized Flight Recommendations, a feature that will make it easier to find the best travel deals.
Hopper alerts you when your particular flight has dropped in value and also offers price fluctuations predictions, letting you know when you are likely to get the best price. The new features will offer several more suggestions, from alternative travel dates to similar destinations.
The new version includes a notification feature in which Hopper’s algorithms analyze your travel hours and offer personalized money saving recommendations. You will be notified if the price has dropped on the route you are viewing, but you will also see options to reschedule your travel dates to save more. You will also receive recommendations for similar, cheaper destinations that are on sale during your trip. And if there is an urgent travel sale at your nearest airport, Hopper will now notify you as well.
