Make a Cheese Taco With a Rolling Pin and Water Glasses
You probably already guessed that I love cheese. I want to have as much cheese in my life as possible. So these cheese taco shells really tell me.
Currently. I know this is by no means a “real” taco, but I really don’t care. The crispy cheese shell wrapped around the meat is pure dream fuel and I’m going to eat it. (And yes, I understand that if it’s just a big chunk of freeco .)
To make this magnificent vessel, you will need two glasses of water, a thin rolling pin, and some Parmesan cheese. Chop the cheese into heaps and flatten into 5-inch circles on a baking sheet lined with silicone or parchment paper. (One cup of cheese is enough for two shells.) Bake at 375F for about 8 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and the centers are completely melted. Wrap the wonder circles on a thin rolling pin suspended from two glasses to form a seashell. Fill with Julie’s delicious concoction as shown in the video above, or fill as your heart desires. You are only limited by your dreams.
