Google Photos Brings Back Video Rotation Feature That Was Removed for Some Reason
Android: Your phone is struggling to figure out which way to rotate the video, but sometimes it crashes. A long time ago, the Google Photos app had the ability to manually rotate an image. The function is now back.
For some reason, the ability to rotate videos was lost when switching from Google+ Photos to Google Photos . However, in the latest update, it is back. It is currently limited to videos in your camera folder, which means that you cannot rotate the videos you have uploaded without tedious moving the files. This is a strange limitation, but at least the video you are recording may be correct again.
