Prepare Three Ingredient Peach Sorbet No Ice Cream
Even though I have an ice cream maker, I’m always looking for frozen desserts that don’t need one . Try this super simple sorbet that only requires sweet peaches, savory buttermilk, sugar, and a food processor.
To make this super simple yet highly flavorful frozen treat, dissolve 1/3 cup sugar in a glass of buttermilk and freeze in an ice cube tray. Also freeze three cups of peeled peach slices. When everything’s cool, remove the peaches and thaw for about fifteen minutes before tossing everything into the food processor. Once everything is nice and smooth, serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and place in the freezer.
