Will It Be Sous Vide? Let’s Pick a Different Theme!
Once again, it’s time for all of you wonderful people to choose another meal for me that I can make using sous vide. Last week’s cheesecake adventure was a good time and I’m really excited to see what you choose next.
However, for this week, I would like to narrow things down and focus on a meaningful appendix. (But let’s not make steaks; steak is cooked to death.) So, if there is any particular meat, seafood, or complex animal meat that you came up with with the idea of a sous video, now is your chance to get me to try it, saving time and money. Some ideas that I’m partial to:
- I still want to try the alligator, as Loganapolis suggested .
- Pig feet, as Antiphas suggests , are also still intriguing.
- It can be fun. Maybe a pâté or ryllette?
- Duck confit because I wish I had a reason to eat duck.
