OneNote for Android Adds Multi-Window Support, Audio Recording, and More
Android: OneNote is turning into a great note-taking app (especially after Evernote started limiting free users ). Today, its Android app is getting better with support for multi-window mode, password protected sections, audio recording and more.
Multi-window support is very important for anyone using Android Nougat . You can now create a split screen so you can copy text from the source and paste it into your notebook without having to constantly switch apps.
Even if you don’t have Nougat, you can now record audio notes and add them to your notebooks. You can also add notes to password-protected sections to prevent hobbyists from finding your most important notes. Finally, you can embed PDFs or Office documents into your notes and read them on the go.
