Zucchini Spaghetti Makes an Amazingly Delicious Funnel Cake
On first reading, the words “spaghetti pumpkin funnel cake” can infuriate you because pumpkin is not a cake, but the fried strands of super starchy pumpkin are actually really crunchy and taste great with powdered sugar.
