Hack the Old Nintendo Zapper to Control the Lamp
If you’re too bored of just flipping a switch to turn lights on or off, sudomod has a guide on how to turn an old Nintendo Zapper into a controller to turn lights on and off.
To do this, you will need two Arduinos, one in the controller and one in the box next to your flashlight. Next, you’ll set up the IR receiver so you have something to point the Zapper to. This is probably one of the most absurd ways to turn lights on and off, but that doesn’t make it any less awesome. Go to SudoMod for a guide to do this for yourself.
