You Can Now Write Your Turkey Questions to the Butterball Help Line.
We’ve got more than a few good ways to cook a Thanksgiving turkey, but if you’re in a pinch and need local help, the Butterball Help Line has been helping cooks for 35 years. Now you don’t even need to call – just write to them.
Our Consumerist friends have news and more at the link below, but here’s what you need to know:
Chefs with questions ranging from poultry size to how to defrost a turkey can text Talk to 1-800-Butterball 24/7 from November 17-24.
Simple and easy. Don’t email them now – save your questions for the 17th and beyond, but it’s worth noting that if you wish, you can still just call 800 and speak with someone who can help answer your questions. However, it’s a good idea to have this option if you’re hiding in the kitchen trying to figure out what to do and don’t want anyone to hear you talking on the phone.
