Make the Perfect Pumpkin Paste With Just Two Ingredients

Pumpkin Paste may seem like a dish that can only be purchased at an incredibly trendy restaurant , but in reality, you can make it yourself using just two ingredients. (Spoiler alert: one of them is a pumpkin.)

The link below will detail the process, but all you have to do is scoop three cups of all-purpose flour onto a clean work surface, dig a small well, and scoop up the pumpkins. Mix it all together with (very clean) hands until you have a sticky dough, then roll it out onto very thin sheets. Cut it into a pizza slice and cook in boiling water for two minutes, until the noodles float up. Drain off the water, add some sauce (or just butter and sage) and eat your distinctly autumnal dish.
