How to Help People in Afghanistan Right Now

On Sunday, the Taliban took control of the Afghan capital, Kabul, following the withdrawal of US troops and the collapse of the country’s military . Many Afghans are now at risk, including journalists, diplomats, people who have worked for or helped the United States, and women and girls . You may have seen the heartbreaking footage of Afghans trying so desperately to escape that they clung to a plane taking off from Kabul airport .
