iOS: Apple Support is a new app from Apple that hopes to make it easier to track tech support for your various Apple devices.
From within the app, you can chat, call or email an expert for general technical support, schedule Apple Store appointments, and view an overview of all Apple devices you own and their support history. The workflow for contacting support is also fairly straightforward. Just select your device from the list, select the type of problem, and then the app will recommend the best way to contact Apple. The app looks and works just like Apple’s dedicated support website , but is still very useful when you need roadside assistance.
