Cook Everyone Omelets at the Same Time Using This Cooking Technique
Multiple omelets usually means one person has to cook and then everyone cannot eat together. AllRecipes have a solution – they are boiled in a bag, which allows you to cook up to eight omelets at a time.
Take a resealable plastic bag, place it in a cup, and open the bag over your mouth. Break two eggs into it, release all the air and seal the bag. Combine the yolks and whites with your hands.
Reopen the bag in the cup and add the other ingredients. Once again, remove all air and seal the bag. Gently flip and roll the bag as shown in the video to mix everything up.
You can toss this bag into a large pot of boiling water and cook for 13 minutes. Gently open the hot bag and place the omelet on a plate to start eating.
However, individually preparing eight of these bags can take longer than preparing an omelet. You may want to crack the eggs, beat them, and mix the ingredients as usual. Then pour this mixture into bags separately.
Of course, that won’t give you the exact recipe guaranteed by AllRecipes, so stick with their formula the first time around. Once you’ve got it right, feel free to experiment.
