Season Rice, Eggs, Popcorn and More in Instant Ramen-Flavored Bags

Instant ramen-flavored bags (and the resulting broth) may be a little salty, but their nature is high in sodium, making them ideal for dressing a range of foods, from popcorn to gravy.

The video above, from the Japanese YouTube- channel TabiEats , offers five creations , prepared on the basis of the shoulders, but I will include these three in his repertoire:

  • Popcorn with ramen: Put some corn in the microwave or on the stove and drizzle with butter. Next, open a bag of ramen seasoning of your choice and sprinkle it over all, shaking the popcorn to distribute it evenly.
  • Ramen-seasoned egg: Take a medium-sized hard-boiled egg, place in a bowl and cover with enough broth to cover it completely. Wrap the bowl with cling film and refrigerate overnight. Take out the egg, cut it in half and enjoy the seasoned egg.
  • Ramen salad dressing: Combine four tablespoons of ramen broth, one tablespoon of olive oil, two tablespoons of vinegar (I would use rice or white vinegar), one tablespoon of sugar, and salt to taste. Whisk to combine and place on top of the green leaves.

While we’re on the subject, let’s not forget my personal favorite: ramen sauce . It’s just a sachet of seasoning mixed with sour cream, but it’s going to change your damn life.
