Make Your Morning Better by Adding Coffee to Your Breakfast Favorites
It is extremely important to get plenty of coffee in the morning, which is why, according to Epicurious’s Rhoda Boone, you should drink and eat your morning coffee.
In addition to that little extra kick of caffeine, coffee just tastes good when stirred and cooked into a wide variety of breakfast foods. Click the link below to read all the delicious ways Boone has added Java to her morning lunch, but these are my personal favorites:
- In yoghurt: Add some cold broth (or cold regular coffee) to Greek yoghurt and add berries and yoghurt.
- Chia Night Pudding: Boone combined 1/2 cup iced coffee, 1/4 cup coconut milk drink, 3 tbsp. chia seeds, and 2 tbsp. maple syrup for a tasty, healthy and energizing AM treat.
- Red Sauce: This coffee-based sauce is very easy to make and lends a pleasant, slightly bitter flavor to a salty breakfast ham.
Of course, each of these coffee dishes should be eaten with a cup of coffee because it’s all about getting more coffee into your life, so be sure to brew a little more.
