Work Your Abs and Do Cardio With This Quick Workout Without Equipment

If you missed the gym this morning, take advantage of this ten minute workout. It’s focused on your core and doesn’t require any equipment, just bodyweight movement, but it’s intense enough to make your heart beat faster and give you a mini cardio workout.

It starts with the plank and moves on to variations with bicycles, leg raises and squats, and then ends with a full minute of plank raises (which you are encouraged to change if this is too difficult).
