Credit Karma Now Offers Free Tax Registration

The IRS Free File program allows you to file your tax return for free , and if you make less than $ 64,000 a year, they have free software to guide you through the process. Of course, there are similar third party services like TurboTax that also offer free tax registration. Credit Karma is the latest company to join this mix.

The previously mentioned credit karma is a reliable tool for managing your credit history and rating. They recently launched Credit Karma Tax, an online tax program similar to TurboTax. According to CEO Ken Lin , there are no income or age restrictions, and the site says there are no “incremental sales” or “hidden fees.”

Credit Karma Tax makes money from suggestions and recommendations, according to the site, but Lin says users will only see these recommendations if they give permission. PCMag recently reviewed the service and said that while the tool supports all major IRS forms and timetables, its help system has not been as advanced as alternatives such as TurboTax and TaxAct.

Of course, these options are n’t free for everyone , so if you’re looking for a free option, you might want to give it a try. For more details, visit their website at the link below.
