According to CEO Ken Lin , there are no income or age restrictions, and the site says there are no “incremental sales” or “hidden fees.”
Credit Karma Tax makes money from suggestions and recommendations, according to the site, but Lin says users will only see these recommendations if they give permission. PCMag recently reviewed the service and said that while the tool supports all major IRS forms and timetables, its help system has not been as advanced as alternatives such as TurboTax and TaxAct.
