Chrome for IPhone Gets Reading List to Save Articles and Read Offline
iPhone: One of the nicest features in Apple’s Safari is the Reading List , which gives you a place in your browser where you can save articles for later reading. Chrome has this too.
Chrome’s feature is called Read Later and works much the same as in Safari. In Chrome, open the article you want to read later, click the three-dot icon, then the Share icon, then Read Later. The articles you add are downloaded to your device, so you can read them anywhere. You can access your list by clicking the three dots icon and choosing Reading List. One nice extra feature Chrome lacks in Safari is that it separates the articles you’ve saved into Unread and Pages You Read sections, so it’s easy to keep track of.
If you’ve recently neglected services like Pocket and Instapaper out of laziness, Chrome’s built-in service makes it a little easier to use. The update is available right now.
