During our research, we came across smartphones from Jitterbug, TheGreatCall and Lively. They are generally highly recommended to seniors because they are specifically tailored for this group and offer services designed to help with device and emergency services problems.
But we recommend staying away from these products. Jitterbug Smart2 has n’t been updated since 2018 and has terrible reviews on Amazon. The Lively smartphone , which claims to be the successor to Jitterbug, has no reviews on Amazon, which is not encouraging either.
