Happy May, monetary nerds – it’s time for our next challenge. We’re bringing back the classics this month. We want you to flex your negotiating muscles and start bargaining.
It is not easy for all of us to negotiate . It may sound daunting, but half the battle is learning to speak for yourself in the first place. Bargaining is a great way to get used to asking for more money in a low-interest environment. Even if you don’t feel comfortable bargaining for a car or house, you can practice bargaining for things like:
- Garage Sale Items
- Flea market finds
- Furniture or appliances
- Credit card interest rates
- Cable or internet bills
