How to Watch RuPaul Drag Racing Without Cable
If you want to watch RuPaul’s Drag Race , finding it without a cable TV subscription can be … tricky. The show was previously available on the Hulu and Logo websites, but after moving to VH1, the show disappeared from both.
So, do you need to buy cable TV if you want to watch RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 3 ? Not necessary.
Viewing options are a bit limited, but there are several ways to get to the show without using a cable.
Buy it
I don’t usually suggest anyone buying the show, but in the case of Drag Race RuPaul is really the cheapest option. You can order the show from iTunes for $ 19.99 or Google Play for $ 14.99, and you will receive each episode the day after it goes live.
When you go that route, you also own the show forever, so you can re-watch any episodes you want whenever you want.
If you have an old iPad that you don’t use a ton, you can even share it with a friend and hand over the iPad with the new episode downloaded when you arrive at the office on Monday.
Sharing is a concern and your spending will drop to $ 7-10 for the entire season. Not bad.
Streaming it
There aren’t many ways to watch it live on Thursdays through a streaming service, but you have options. This is probably best if you haven’t used one of them before (both have free trials) or if you’re looking for access to more stations than just VH1.
SlingTV
With SlingTV, you add VH1 as part of the Lifestyle Extra package to your existing subscription. This package costs $ 5 per month and can be added to Sling Orange, which costs $ 20 per month, bringing your cost to $ 25 per month.
DirecTV now
DirecTV Now also offers VH1 live streaming through the Live A Little Package, which costs $ 35 a month.
