How to Catch This Is Us After the Super Bowl

This Sunday, This Is Us fans will finally hear how Jack Pearson is dying. The special, which takes place on Sunday at the Super Bowl, will air after the Sunday Super Bowl night.

If you are not a football fan, but still want to get on the show, the question arises: when exactly “after the Super Bowl?”

Last year, The Verge delved deeper into the math and determined the average Super Bowl duration to be 3 hours 44 minutes.

If you want to watch the episode, the DVR lists it starts at 7:15 PM PT / 10:15 PM ET. The game itself is scheduled for 10pm ET, but there is a 15-minute buffer in case it drags on.

Speaking of the long run, this episode should also be slightly longer than usual. This should be a few minutes longer than usual, but most TV programs allow 80 minutes to add an extra buffer for the game (in case it is going to be long). The show is unlikely to start earlier than 7:15 PM PT / 10:15 AM ET, but could potentially start later.

This will be followed by local news broadcasts, followed by Today’s Show on Sunday night featuring the cast of This Is Us .

Whether you’re tired from the game or just want the Super Bowl party to go on, there’s also a much less difficult way to get on the show: watch it on Hulu Monday.
