What’s in Store for and Out of Netflix in the Week of July 30, 2018
Netflix loves to inundate us with new things at the start of the month, so while you shake your head how quickly summer is passing – yes, it’s already August – you can take it easy in the air conditioner and a bunch of slightly interesting new episodes to stream.
Batman Begins, the first of Christopher Nolan / Christian Bale’s Dark Knight trilogy, arrives Wednesday, along with the time capsule slackers Clerks and a better Informant than you think ! (despite this free exclamation mark).
Friday brings us loads of Netflix originals, which, as always, are probably a mixed bag of stuff they throw against the wall to see what sticks. It’s like Dad looks like it’s a totally watchable beach vacation that fans of the romantic comedies Forget Sarah Marshall , Polly Came, and Baby with a Broken Heart (just me?) Will love. Starring Kristen Bell, Seth Rogen and Kelsey Grammer.
Care Bears: Welcome to Care-a-Lot: Season 1 forgives us this week, so if you don’t care, squeeze in while you still can.
