The Adult Culture Guide to Childhood Culture: What Is Hell Manifestation and Strengthening?

While you suffer through the workday, life of Joe Lunchpale, kids run in circles, destroying social media platforms before they even launch, play Squid Game in the playground and get whatever they want – just of their own accord.

Why does everyone on TikTok “show themselves”?

It’s nothing new to really longing for it, but TikTok is taking that process in exciting new directions. “Manifestation” —that is, focusing on something with the intention of making it a reality — means many converts on the site. Videos tagged #manifestation have over 10 billion views. You can show wealth , love , weight loss , telepathy, and anything else you can imagine.

TikTok gurus will happily teach you how you too can literally make your dreams come true , although the instructions are not always clear. Maybe you need to play this love-alluring tone ? Maybe you need to make sigils ? Maybe try the secret numbers associated with a dark Eastern European cult?

Someone also seems to have shown some backlash: Christian TikTokers denounce the manifestation as satanic and urge us to pray instead. Some TikToker members fear that people might accidentally cast magic spells through manifestation. It looks like you could end the discussion with a simple experiment to find out if affirmations, magical spells, or prayers are more effective, but I feel that the result will not suit anyone.

Viral Video of the Week: Offensive Math Teacher Lesson

This week’s viral video shows a high school trigonometry teacher creatively helping her students remember “SohCahToa,” a mnemonic that helps them remember “sine, cosine, and tangent.” What’s so viral about that? Well, the teacher decided to perfect the concept of the house by dressing in a headdress that resembled an Indian headdress and shouted, “SohCahToa!” like some kind of war chant, stomping around the classroom and making a “tomahawk chop.” So people shared it. Lot.

The video, reportedly filmed by a Native American student who felt “being violent against him,” has garnered millions of views on Instagram and Twitter.

While the unnamed teacher has almost certainly succeeded in his mission – no one will forget SoCahToa in her class – it’s hard to imagine such a level of cultural ignorance and racism.

Trump’s media network ceased to exist ahead of launch

This week, internet pranksters shut down Donald Trump’s new social media site months before its planned launch, possibly setting a new speed record for online trolling.

Trump announced that Truth Social will open to the public in 2022 with beta testing starting in November. A few hours after the announcement, Aubrey Cottle tweeted a link to the closed registration pages. From there, pens such as @DonaldTrump, @donaldjtrump, @realdonaldjtrump, and @mikepence were requested and a lot of crap posts were generated, including a picture of a pig pooping on its own eggs, posted from a Trump account.

Instead of doing pre-advertising, whoever was in charge of Truth Social banned all new users and disabled all of their accounts within two hours. But according to the people who were there, it was a good two hours .

What is Hellmaxxing? And why don’t you worry about it?

After passing and testing “slap teacher” and testsLaggayta” I swore I was going to stay away from the fake virus hysteria, but I just can not leave them. I have to tell you about “Hellmaxxing”, a TikTok trend that involves “committing serious sins and filming them.”

Hellmaxxing is bogus, but unlike these two previous examples (and your child’s edible candy and a billion other fears), this is not a hoax born of paranoid parents, teachers, and police departments, and then spread by gullible media. This is a parody. Based on this tweet .

Some internet sources have reported Hellmaxxing as true, although it may be too brazen and obvious to be widely disseminated. It’s too early to enter the fake hysteria life cycle. By the way, here are a couple of stories about the ” victims ” of the ” chat problem ” and an account of how a student attacked a teacher who ” could have been part of a TikTok challenge ” (which doesn’t really exist).

Children play “squid game” in the playground

I wrote a little dialogue about what your kids are doing on the playground this week. Please read the sections in bold aloud.

Steve, what are my kids doing in the playground this week?

Many of them play Squid Game with their little friends.

Do you mean the violent Netflix series from South Korea !? How did they even see it ?

Most of them probably didn’t. But one child told them the whole story.

Gary?

Gary.

Should I be worried that they are actually going to shoot each other, like in the show?

No, this is just a pretense. You should be concerned about getting adequate life insurance.

But don’t other people worry?

Yes, other people are worried . I swear this is just a pretense.

Interestingly, in the plot of the Squid Game, adults are playing children’s games, and now real adults are concerned that children are playing games based on the series about adults playing children’s games.

Right? It’s like a pop culture recursive loop.

… Are you high?

Very much.
