Print Your “I Voted” Sticker If You Didn’t Get It
Which is by far the smallest possible injustice that can happen at a polling station , those little “I voted” stickers that many people proudly wear today are not handed out at the polling stations in my area. But that’s okay – whether you voted early, sent in an absentee ballot, or your neighbors ran out of stickers, here’s how to print your own.
Slate has a sheet of sticker images that you can download and print. Stick them on a sticker if you like, or as a last resort, use plain paper and tape. (Slate does this every year – get them 2012 for a retro feel.)
Stylish options this year include “I voted before,” “Taylor Swift told me to vote, and I did it,” and “I voted because I would like to go back to caring for stupid shit someday.” Or grab a sheet of plain old “I voted” American flag stickers from this teacher download site . As a bonus, they fit the standard mailing label template.
If you haven’t found a message that works for you, grab a blank sticker template like one of these and write your own slogans.
