Get Your Free Copy of Anno 1602 From Ubisoft Today
Windows: To celebrate the fact that more than 20 years have passed since the launch of Anno 1602 – the very first game in the famous Anno strategy series – publisher Ubisoft is giving away the classic game for free.
Trick? This is a Windows-only download that Ubisoft even teases in its promotion description: “If you remember what Windows 95 looked like, or if you were born in the 21st century, take the time to discover or reproduce this classic for free.”
You also have until tomorrow, Saturday, December 22nd to receive the game. Otherwise, you’ll have to shell out $ 10 to relive the nostalgia of building pixel colonies and fighting rivals in the 17th century.
