How to Stream the Critics Choice Awards
The Critics Choice Awards airs today at 7:00 pm. Along with the Golden Globes, this show has long become one of the best predictors of the Oscars. This year’s show is hosted by Taye Diggs and will officially kick off at 7:00 pm ET on The CW.
If you have a TV, the easiest way to catch it is to tune in with a cable box or over-the-air with a digital antenna. If you have a cable subscription and just aren’t home, you can also stream the award-winning shows from the CW website.
If you don’t have a TV or cable, you still have several streaming options.
Sadly, neither Sling nor PlayStation Vue offer CW, so if you want to use either of them, you’re out of luck on today’s show.
However, Hulu With Live TV, YouTubeTV, and DirecTV Now offer CW streaming capability. If you haven’t tried any of the three options, you can sign up for a free trial that takes you through the awards night and next week without spending a dime. After a week, the cost of all three is $ 40 per month.
It’s worth noting that the network is available for these three services in most markets, but not all. Before going through the registration process, make sure your region is one of the ones offered by CW.
