What Exercises You Can’t Do?

We all have exercises that we don’t like. For example, you know how I feel about boards. But how many of these exercises do we least enjoy just because we are bad at them?

After all, if you are bad at something, it simply means that you are not very good yet. I used to hate running hills, but then I learned to run efficiently . As soon as I stopped being afraid of mountain training, I started to train a lot in the hills. And well, now I am well versed in the hills.

Sometimes the improvement in exercise performance depends on technique. If I wanted to do the snatch well, I would have to spend a lot of time with the coach. But other times, all you need is a couple of tricks or a change in perspective. Maybe there is a trick to keep me from getting bored and upset in the middle of the board – or, for that matter, running on a treadmill.

We’ve already done some challenging Lifehacker exercises. I still swear by this workout for people looking to do their first pull-up. (Update: I can now do seven in a row!) And we’ve shown you how to do box jumps without worry , no matter what level you start at. So tell us what else you are terrible at and why.
