When it comes to breakfast potatoes, I have a lot of thoughts and feelings. When it comes to potato pancakes, there are only two acceptable forms. I mean, I don’t believe there is such a thing as “bad” potatoes, but if you’re going to claim that there are “potato pancakes” on your menu, it would be better if they came out chopped and golden brown, or a quick patty. similar to food. These are the hash brown rules, and they are tough.

At home, I love storing pancakes in the freezer as I’ve found they make my morning 100% more enjoyable. Apart from breakfast sandwiches, they are great delivery systems for a wide variety of breakfast items. If you want to put it on toast, you should put it on the hash brown meat patty, and in my high opinion that would be better.

Do I have any suggestions? Of course I do. Almost everything is best on a board with sliced ​​and fried potatoes, but here are some of my favorite brown potato fillings:
