Tell Us About Your Favorite Password Manager
It’s time for another fifth hive ! This time, we want to hear about your favorite password managers. If you don’t have it, what are you waiting for? Don’t remember the same terrible passwords ; you are better than this
It’s no secret that we are very interested in data security and online privacy, and one of the simplest steps you can take is to use a password manager to create (and store) strong, very hard-to-crack passwords. Even if you don’t care about security – you might think you can’t be hacked – this is an incredibly convenient way to remember your passwords for all the sites and services you subscribe to.
There are many password management applications, and some applications, browsers and operating systems have built-in functionality. I’ve been drawn to Firefox Lockwise lately , especially since the mobile app syncs with the recently released desktop version . I’ve also used LastPass a bit, and while I haven’t had any issues with it, the service has one or two flaws in its recording . In the past, we’ve also covered KeePass , 1Password, and Dashlane , which are consistently cited as favorites on the Internet.
