Make Sure You Don’t Buy These Recalled Frozen Chicken Cutlets

Tyson is recalling more than 39,000 pounds of frozen chicken cutlets over concerns that they have been contaminated with “foreign material.”

The patties were marketed under the Weaver brand and distributed in Missouri, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, New York, Vermont, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia.

The recall applies in particular to 26-ounce sealed pouches of fully cooked chicken cutlets that were produced on January 31, 2019 with an expiration date of January 31, 2020.

Damaged bags will be printed with batch code 0319PBF0617, 0319PBF0618, 0319PBF0619, 0319PBF0620, 0319PBF0621, 0319PBF0622, 0319PBF0623 or 0319PBF0600.
