Freeze Dense Grapes to Make Them Edible Again
Good grapes are juicy, sweet (slightly sour) and strong . Once the grapes become soft, they become bad grapes. I usually roast bad grapes, but this maneuver is less attractive during the summer months, especially when you can freeze the grapes.
This tip, made by Reddit user NothingAs1tSeems , makes a lot of sense. Frozen grapes cannot be soft, and even overripe, overly sweet grapes become edible when you freeze them (essentially a bite-sized popsicle). Simply remove the grapes from the stem, wash and dry them, then place them in a freezer bag and freeze overnight. Eat them as a snack , use them to cool shitty wine, or toss them in sangria.
