Make Fast Food Thanksgiving Turkey Nuggets
Most people get very excited when you mess around with the Thanksgiving dinner format, but I try not to let the society we live in influence my creative process. For a truly innovative – some might say “destructive” – turkey meal, I urge you to consider the possibility of a presentation in the style of fast food filled with nuggets of turkey breaded.
First, the nuggets are quickly dried in brine in a mixture of salt, sugar and a small amount of MSG (to give them a fast food atmosphere ), then they are treated with a batter of ground mixture for filling, sage. and thyme to truly convey the spirit of the holiday. Pair golden potato slices with sweet fries and cranberry barbecue sauce for a Thanksgiving dish that’s perfect for the lazy, hangover, or very young (and young at heart).
